Holly Rudin-Braschi is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Health/Fitness Specialist, best-selling culinary author, international wellness and culinary journalist, veteran culinary instructor, recipe developer, and professional music educator who has written 2 books on ukulele pedagogy. Combining her culinary knowledge with an engaging, high-energy personality, Holly has sold over $10 million in products on QVC. Holly is also the creator of Feasting in the Fast Lane®, a cooking and wellness lecture series that inspires Americans to achieve their fitness potential through healthy eating and exercise. A sought after speaker by major corporations, universities and public schools throughout the United States, Holly has been a wellness presenter at companies such as Apple Computer, 3M, Chevron and many others. Holly holds a B.A., from Vassar College, Poughkeepsie, NY, an M.A. from the Manhattan School of Music, NYC.

Eric James holds 2 Master Degrees In Education from Northern Arizona University and served our country as a US infantry soldier. The author of 6 Commitments to become a product of C.H.O.I.C.E. he is a certified teacher with 7 years of experience.

Dr. Levy is a physician, educator, entrepreneur, inventor and a nationally recognized expert in e-learning. He has a strong interest and passion for Positive Psychology and was the Co-Founder, President, CEO of Reflective Learning, an e-learning company that empowers people to take control of life-long challenges by building skills that foster breakthrough thinking. Prior to Reflective Learning, Dr. Levy was Co-founder and Chief Educational Officer of MedCases, Inc., a company using information technology to enhance medical education. Over the last 20 years, he has also developed educational CD-ROMs, Internet-based physician and patient educational tools, 3-D animation tools and one of the world’s first Virtual Reality Simulators in medicine.
