Awards for Module and Program Completion

Module Completion Awards: Students are eligible to receive 8 different Award certificates for the Hip Hop Healthy Heart for Children™:

Module Completion Sample Certificate

• 8 Module Completion Award Certificates: When students pass the written test for each of the 8 Modules.
• 1 Program Completion Award Certificate: When they have completed all 8 Modules.

Bonus Awards: Additional prizes will be available for purchase by students on this web site when they complete each module. In order to purchase the prizes, students will require a special key code supplied by their teacher to verify that they have completed the module and/or program. Awards will include hats, pins, t-shirts, binders, pencils, pens, stuffed toys, watches and much more.
