JUST CLAP! SM is an activity for everyone, designed by Shape Up US to promote physical activity. We all clap our hands to show happiness and appreciation. Clapping makes kids and adults feel good! But did you know, in conjunction with other types of movement like dance and sports, it can
*improve motor and spatial skills
*enhance emotional, sociological, physiological and cognitive benefits
Shape Up US recently invited Greasepaint Live!, a metro Phoenix youth dance program, to perform in the debut of JUST CLAP FOR LIFESM!They learned a simple routine for a performance at the Phoenix Children's Hospital that was met with resounding appreciation by the audience.

Shape Up US wants YOU, (Your School, After School Program, Family, Dance Teams, Sports Teams, Hip Hop Groups, etc) to upload YOUR video. Upload your video in a few easy steps:

How to Upload Your Video (You Must Be Registered):
- To Upload a video Login and then Click the "My Account" link in the right side navigation.
- Click the "File Browser" link in the tabs.
- Click on the "Upload" link and then "Browse" button. Then browse on your computer to where your video is located.
- Note: make sure to include your name in the video name. (ie: yournamejustclap.mov).
- We accept the following file formats: mp4 (preferred), mov, m4v, avi, and 3gp.
- Click the "Open" button in the dialog box
- Click the "Upload" button and you are finished.
- Videos may be submitted anytime!
