Shape Up Arizona and The Day of Play is a statewide celebration recognizing the importance of fitness, health, wellness and the holistic approach to a healthier lifestyle mind, body and emotion. This event is for schools, teachers, children, families and the entire community. It is a statewide event!

5K, 10K Run or Walk: An exciting family run or walk will be taking place.
7:00 a.m.: Registration
7:30 a.m.: Stretching with SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer
8:00 a.m.: Race Begins
Corporation Challenge: The Corporation with the most employees will win trophies. Then off to finals with a Corporate Tug-of-War.

The April 10, 2010 Shape Up US Live Event was a huge success! With over 5,000 people and 75 vendors, we had a fit, fun day for the entire family and gave away $10,000 worth of raffle prizes. All attendees went home with bags of free wellness giveaways. There was something for each member of the family!
