Prizes include:
- A one-year modeling contract with Menagerie Models, the St. Louis-based modeling agency that specializes in real people for advertising. Menagerie Models works with major corporations in the Midwest and throughout the United State to supply models of all ages, from toddlers to 80+ for print and television advertising.

Finalists will be invited to participate in Shape Up Missouri on Sunday, May 1, at Parkway West High School where the St.Louis’ Healthiest Family will be announced!
Shape Up Missouri encourages Missourians of all ages to SHAPE UP and LIVE FIT.
Participate in a 5k run or one-mile family fun run/walk - Shape Up US will DONATE $2 of each “TEAM REGISTRATION” fee to your companies’ favorite nonprofit organization.
Meet your favorite St. Louis mascots, Radio Disney, Eric James Hip Hop Artist, Jugglers, Fitness Stations, Women’s Health, Rams, River City Rascals, Inflatable’s and so much more!
